PM Laptop Scheme 2023: The Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme (PMYLS) is a government initiative to provide free laptops to talented students studying in public sector Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) in Pakistan. The Prime Minister Youth Laptop Scheme 2023 is an initiative of the Government of Pakistan to provide laptops to deserving students studying in public sector Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) across the country and Azad Jammu & Kashmir. The scheme aims to promote outreach of youth to information and communication technologies (ICTs) to bridge the digital divide not only within the higher education sector but across other sectors as well, and to the communities throughout the country.

Eligibility Criteria PM Laptop Scheme 2023
To be eligible for the Prime Minister Youth Laptop Scheme 2023, students must meet the following criteria:
- Be a Pakistani citizen
- Be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate program in a public sector HEI in Pakistan or Azad Jammu & Kashmir
- Have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or its equivalent

HEC Free Laptop Scheme 2023

How to Apply for PM Laptop Scheme 2023?

- After entering in the form, you have to download this form and click on the submit button.
- Your online application will be completed and you will be registered in the laptop scheme.

PM Youth FREE Laptop Scheme 2023 Distribution
Laptops will be distributed on a merit basis for each degree program.
- It will be done as per the rules within the university. And laptop quota will be determined for each degree program. Which includes University Quota Campus Quota Degree Program Quota Department Quota year-wise distribution etc.
- According to the instructions of the Prime Minister’s Office, the quota of Balochistan HEI has been allocated. That is, 14% will be distributed in Balochistan HEI. Which is about 14 thousand laptops.
- The students of the educated universities of Balochistan will be given a place under this allotted quota.
- The remaining 86,000 will be distributed according to the priorities among public sector HEIs.
