This new withdrawal method from HBL ATMs is designed to save beneficiaries time and effort, eliminating the need to queue at the BISP cash centers. The HBL ATMs, available 24/7, offer the flexibility to withdraw cash at any hour.

Instructions for HBL BISP Balance Check:

1. Press the designated button and scan your thumb for identification.
2. Choose your preferred language from the menu options.
3. Enter the correct 13-digit CNIC number as prompted on the screen.
4. Place your thumb on the fingerprint scanner for verification.
5. Select the “Check Balance” option from the displayed menu.
6. Further select the “Balance Inquiry” option.
7. The screen will then show your current balance.

2. Initiate the process by pressing the designated button and scanning your thumb. Ensure the thumb is positioned correctly for scanning and remove it after the scan completes.
3. Choose your preferred language from the displayed menu options.
4. Select the BISP or BISP ATM card option from the main menu.
5. Enter your correct CNIC number as prompted on the screen; your name will appear subsequently.
6. Place your thumb on the BISP fingerprint scanner for verification.
7. A four-button menu will appear on the screen; select the “Balance Inquiry” option.
8. Your total balance will be displayed; choose “Yes” if you wish to proceed with a transaction.
9. Select “BISP Cash Withdrawal” or “Cash Out” from the following menu options.
10. Enter the desired withdrawal amount in the provided space.
11. Confirm your selection by choosing the appropriate option, such as “BISP Cash Withdrawal.”

Previously, the government scheme offered a stipend of Rs 12,000 to eligible persons, but this amount has been increased to Rs 14,000 recently.
