Ehsaas Program (Urdu: احساس پروگرام lit. ‘Compassion’) is a social safety and poverty alleviation Programme formerly known as Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) launched by the Government of Pakistan in 2008. Prime Minister of Pakistan called it a key initiative towards a welfare state that PPP promised with people of Pakistan in their election’s manifesto. It is aimed at uplifting the backward class, reducing inequality, investment on masses and lifting the lagging districts in the country.
The program provides financial assistance, food, healthcare, education, and other social services to the poor and vulnerable in Pakistan. It is funded by the government of Pakistan, as well as by international donors.
BISP Update 8171:
New dynamic survey was launched by the government to include more people in the sponsorship program. This survey is being conducted through the office through mobile application or through door-to-door teams, but the survey ends on December 31. 2023 will happen according to the government update but the big news of this time is to inform you that those who have completed the 2023 New Dynamic Survey when they go to the portal to check, they are told that you are eligible for Benazir Kafalat Program. The good news for those who are not eligible for the program is that you should not worry that you are not eligible for the program, but that you are still under review and may not be eligible for the next few months or days. can be done which will be communicated to you by the 8171 web portal or the retailer

All those families and households can use this app to register family information, new family member addition, birth of new children, change of address, house address or in case of change of house and ID card update, married and re-finance them. The aid will be eligible for the next 2 years
موبائل ایپلیکیشن کے ذریعہ دو سال قبل یا گھر گھر یا بے نظیر دفتر میں ہونے والے سروے میں نااہل خواتین یا گھرانے جن کو کفالت پروگرام میں نااہل کر دیا تھا اور ان کو کفالت پروگرام کے تحت سہ ماہی قسط اور مالی امداد فراہم نہیں کی جا رہی تھی وہ تمام خاندان اور گھرانے اس ایپ کے ذریعے خاندان کی معلومات نئی فیملی ممبر کی شمولیت نئے بچوں کی پیدائش ایڈریس کی تبدیلی گھر کا پتہ یا گھر بدلنے کی صورت میں اور شناختی کارڈ اپڈیٹ شادی شدہ کا اندراج کرسکتے ہیں اور ان کو دوبارہ سے مالی امداد اگلے 2 سال کے لئے اہل کردیا جائے گا

ایسے خاندان اور گھرانے جو پچھلے کچھ سالوں سے نااہل ہیں انہیں بھی اہل کیا جائے گا لکین اُس وقت جو بات کرنے کی ضرورت ہے اگلی قسط دسمبر 2023 میں جاری ہو گی یا جنوری 15سے پہلے پہلے حکومت اس قسط کو جاری کرے گی جو کہ اس سال کی اخری قسط ہو گی سہ ماہی بنیاد پر 9000 روپے کی قسط اور بچوں کی قسط بھی ڈبل آئیگی اس کے ساتھ ساتھ اہم معلومات ہم آپ کو بتا رہے ہیں حکومت کی جانب سے تمام ایسے گھرانے جن کے پیسے بند ہوئے تھے یا جس نے نئے سروے میں اپنا نام درج کروایا تھا یا جس بھی صورت میں نیو ڈائنامک سروے میں حصہ لیا تھا 5 اکتوبر کے بعد ان کی ادیگیاں کا آغاز ممکن ہے
BISP Registration Check By CNIC:
There are two ways to check your BISP registration status using your CNIC:
1. By SMS
- Type your CNIC number without any spaces or hyphens.
- Send the SMS to 8171.
- You will receive a reply SMS informing you of your BISP registration status.
2. Online
- Visit the BISP website at https://8171.bisp.gov.pk.
- Enter your CNIC number in the “Check Your Eligibility” box.
- Click on the “Check” button.
- You will see your BISP registration status on the next page.
Please note that the BISP website may be slow or unavailable at times due to high traffic. If you are unable to check your registration status online, you can try again later or use the SMS method.
Here is an example of how to check your BISP registration status by SMS:

You will receive a reply SMS informing you of your BISP registration status. For example:
You are eligible for BISP benefits. Please visit your nearest BISP office to register.
If you are not eligible for BISP benefits, you will receive a reply SMS informing you of this.
