To apply for BISP new payment 9000 online, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the BISP website at https://bisp.gov.pk/
2. Click on the “Apply Online” button on the homepage
3. On the next page, select the “BISP New Payment 9000” option
4. Enter your CNIC number and mobile phone number
5. Click on the “Next” button
6. On the next page, you will be asked to provide some personal information, such as your name, father’s name, date of birth, and address
7. You will also be asked to upload a copy of your CNIC and a recent photograph
8. Once you have filled in all the required information, click on the “Submit” button

Your application will be reviewed by BISP and you will be notified of the outcome within a few days. If your application is approved, you will be able to receive your payment through a variety of methods, such as through a bank account, mobile wallet, or Easypaisa/Jazz Cash outlet.

Please note that the BISP new payment 9000 is currently only available to new beneficiaries. If you are an existing BISP beneficiary, you will continue to receive your payments through the existing methods.
