- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have a valid CNIC.
- You must be living in a household below the poverty line.
- You must not be receiving any other government assistance.
If you meet all of the above criteria, you can register for BISP by visiting a BISP registration center or by calling the BISP hotline at 8122. Once you have been registered and verified by BISP, you will be issued a BISP ATM card.
