BISP, or Benazir Income Support Programme, is a government program that provides cash to poor families in Pakistan. The program was launched in 2008 by former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, and aims to improve the lives of the poor. Under BISP, poor families are given two types of assistance. The first type is basic support, which is given every month. This assistance is given to families whose income is less than Rs.15,000 per person per month. The second type is additional support, which is given under certain circumstances. This support is given to families who have a disabled person, or who have no children attending school.

BISP Aghosh program 2023:
The assistance of the BISP program is 9 thousand rupees, if you are a part of the Aghosh program and get registered in this program, then you can get a separate assistance of up to 23 thousand rupees. If you join the Benazir Development Program, you will get 20 thousand 17 to 20 thousand and if you join the Benazir Aghosh program, then you are supported in this too and if you take regular assistance for the sponsorship project in the BSP program, then 9 thousand rupees is included in it. بی ائی ایس پی پروگرام کی جو امداد ہے وہ اپ لوگوں کو ملے گی 9ہزار روپے اگر اپ اغوش پروگرام کا حصہ بنتے ہیں اس پروگرام میں رجسٹریشن کروا لیتے ہیں تو یہاں سے اپ کو علیحدہ سے 23 ہزار تک کی امداد مل سکتی ہے اور اس میں یہ بھی بتا دوں کہ بے نظیر انکم سپورٹ پروگرام کا جو وظیفہ اس میں اضافہ بھی کیا جا رہا ہے تو یہ بھی اپ لوگوں کو ایک بڑی رقم مل سکتی ہے بے نظیر نشونما پروگرام میں اگر اپ شامل ہوتے ہیں تو یہاں سے اپ کو 20 ہزار تک کی رقم ملتی ہے 17 سے 20ہزار تک کی اور اگر اپ بے نظیر اغوش پروگرام میں شامل ہوتے ہیں تو اس میں بھی سپورٹ کیا جاتا ہے اور اگر اپ ریگولر امداد لیتے ہیں بی ایس پی پروگرام میں کفالت پروجیکٹ کی تو 9ہزار روپے اس میں خود کا اپ کو ملتا ہے اس کے بعد پر بچہ وہ اپ کو تقریبا دو ہزار روپے ملتے ہیں اور کچھ کو چار ہزار روپے ملتے ہیں کیونکہ اگر کلاس بڑی ہوتی ہے تو وظیفہ بھی پھر زیادہ بنتا ہے اور سہ ماہی کے بعد دیا جاتا ہے تو وہ بھی اس میں شامل کر دیا جاتا ہے اور ایک ساتھ اپ لوگوں کو ادا کر دیا جاتا ہے لیکن اس بار معاملات کچھ ڈفرنٹ ہے یعنی کہ حکومت نے تعلیمی وظائف اپ لوگوں کو بی ایس پی پروگرام میں نہیں دیے تھے تو اپ کو پریشان ہونے کی ضرورت نہیں ہے یہ اپ کو ضرور ملیں گے تو جنوری 2024 میں جو بچوں کی تعلیمی وظائف حکومت کی جانب سے جاری کر دیے جائیں گے اگر اپ نے نئے رجسٹری کروانی ہے تو ڈائنمک رجسٹری کا اغاز ہو چکا ہے اس میں اپ شامل ہو سکتے ہیں اگر اپ پہلے سے سروے کروا چکے ہیں اور اپ اہل نہیں ہیں تو اپ بی ایس سی پروگرام کے دفتر جائیں گے اپ ڈائنامک رجسٹری کروائیں گے اور اس کو اپڈیٹ کر دیا جائے گا اس کے بعد اپ کا نیا پاورٹی سپورٹ تشکیل دیا جائے گا اس کی بنیاد پر پھر اپ کو اہل یا نا اہل کیا جائے گا
Ehsaas Kafalat Program (EKP) Online Registration:
The Ehsaas Kafalat Program (EKP), formerly known as the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP), is a social safety net program launched by the Government of Pakistan in 2010 to provide financial assistance to the poorest and most vulnerable families in the country.
The program is currently providing unconditional cash transfers of PKR 6,000 per quarter to over 7.8 million families, including widows, orphans, the disabled, and the elderly.
To register for the EKP online, you will need:
- A valid National Identity Card (NIC) number
- A mobile phone number
- A bank account number
Steps to register for the EKP online:
- Go to the EKP online registration portal: https://ehsaasprogram.pk/ehsaas-kafalat-program/
- Enter your NIC number and mobile phone number, and click on “Continue”.
- Enter your personal information, including your name, address, and date of birth.
- Enter your bank account details.
- Review your application and click on “Submit”.
Your application will be reviewed by the EKP authorities, and you will be notified of the outcome within a few weeks. If your application is approved, you will receive a payment card and will be able to start receiving your cash transfers.
Please note that online registration for the EKP is only open to new applicants. If you are already a beneficiary of the program, you do not need to register online.
Eligibility criteria for the EKP:
To be eligible for the EKP, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be a citizen of Pakistan.
- You must be living below the poverty line.
- You must be a female member of the household (either the head of the household or the wife of the head of the household).
- You must not be a beneficiary of any other government social safety net program.
