BISP KAFALAT, also known as the Benazir Income Support Program Kafalat, is a conditional cash transfer program that provides monthly cash payments to poor and vulnerable families in Pakistan. The program is designed to help families meet their basic needs, such as food, shelter, and healthcare.

BISP New Payment Check By CNIC:
To check your BISP payment status by CNIC, you can use the following methods:
SMS
- Open the message box on your mobile phone.
- Type your CNIC number without spaces and send it to 8171.
- You will receive a confirmation SMS shortly.
- The SMS will contain your BISP payment status, including the amount due and the payment date.
Online
- Go to the BISP website: https://bisp.gov.pk/
- Click on the “Check Payment Status” tab.
- Enter your CNIC number and click on the “Submit” button.
- Your BISP payment status will be displayed on the screen.
Please note that the BISP payment status may be updated with a delay of up to 24 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation SMS or your payment status is not updated after 24 hours, you can contact BISP customer support at 8171 for assistance.
New Payment Check:
BISP has recently introduced a new payment check system for its beneficiaries. The new payment check is a secure and convenient way to receive your BISP payments. To receive your BISP payment through the new payment check, you must first register your mobile phone number with BISP.
To register your mobile phone number with BISP, you can use the following methods:
- SMS
- Type your CNIC number without spaces and send it to 8171.
- You will receive a confirmation SMS shortly.
- The SMS will contain a code.
- Reply to the SMS with the code.
- Your mobile phone number will be registered with BISP.
- Online
- Go to the BISP website: https://bisp.gov.pk/
- Click on the “Register Mobile Phone Number” tab.
- Enter your CNIC number and mobile phone number.
- Click on the “Submit” button.
Once your mobile phone number is registered with BISP, you will receive a new payment check SMS whenever you receive a BISP payment. The new payment check SMS will contain a code that you can use to withdraw your BISP payment from any ATM in Pakistan.
To withdraw your BISP payment using the new payment check, follow these steps:
- Go to any ATM in Pakistan.
- Insert your ATM card into the ATM.
- Enter your ATM PIN.
- Select the “Withdraw Cash” option.
- Select the “Other Options” option.
- Select the “BISP Payment” option.
- Enter the code from the new payment check SMS.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
- Confirm the withdrawal.
- Your BISP payment will be dispensed from the ATM.
Please note that the new payment check system is currently in its pilot phase and is not yet available to all BISP beneficiaries. If you are not able to receive your BISP payment through the new payment check, you can still receive your payment through the existing methods, such as through your bank account or through a BISP payment center.
