In response to the rising cost of living and the challenges of inflation, the government of Pakistan has launched the 8070 Free ATTA scheme, providing essential support to the less fortunate during the holy month of Ramadan. This initiative offers people the opportunity to obtain free flour from the government, and each eligible individual can benefit from this assistance up to three times.
To facilitate this program, the government has established multiple distribution centers across various cities, where eligible recipients can access their free flour. Those who are not currently eligible but wish to become so can register for the scheme by following a prescribed procedure, enabling them to access this valuable support and receive free flour during these times of economic hardship.

1. Beneficiaries of BISP (Benazir Income Support Program) or Ehsaas Program: If you are already enrolled in the BISP or Ehsaas program, you are entitled to receive free flour through the 8070 Free ATTA scheme.
2. Monthly Income: If your monthly income is $60,000 or less, you qualify to receive free wheat flour from the government.
3. Poverty Score: Individuals with a poverty score of 35 or less are eligible to benefit from the scheme.

The 8070 Free ATTA scheme is designed to provide support exclusively to those in need. During Ramadan, the government has decided that each eligible person will receive three 10kg bags of flour, with one bag distributed every ten days.
8070 Free ATTA Scheme Closed New Update
The Pakistani government has also introduced a new website for updates related to flour distribution. Through this website, you can track the status of your flour distribution based on your ID card, find out when your next distribution is scheduled, and monitor the number of bags remaining. It’s essential to be cautious and aware that someone else using your ID card to obtain free ATTA may also receive the allotted flour. Additionally, individuals who were initially declared ineligible for the program have the opportunity to revisit their eligibility by presenting their ID card for the distribution process. This initiative is part of the Ramadan relief package offered by the government of Pakistan to its citizens.
1. Open the messaging app on your mobile phone.
2. In the message composition area, type your CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) number.
3. After entering your CNIC number, send the message to the designated number 8070.

Once you have completed these steps, you should receive a registration confirmation message on your mobile, indicating that you have successfully registered for the Free ATTA Scheme. This will enable you to access the benefits of the program and receive free flour as part of the government’s assistance during the designated period.
The helpline number for the Free ATTA scheme is 0800-05590. This toll-free helpline is available for people who have registered for the program and may have questions or need assistance related to the scheme.
To check eligibility for free flour, people can send an SMS with their CNIC number to the BISP (Benazir Income Support Program) helpline 8717. The data is linked with the BISP to verify eligibility.
As for eligibility for free flour, families registered with BISP and having a poverty score of 60 or less are eligible to avail of the facility. Registered families have the right to receive 30 kilograms of flour per month as part of the 8070 Free ATTA scheme.
